Cathy at www.makeupbycc.com did my makeup for my engagement pics and my wedding. She was so much fun, and made everyone beautiful!! My mom who is recently widowed, was transformed - and still felt natural. All three of her daughters were in tears when we saw her! Also, when one of the BM"s didn't like her lipstick, Cathy fixed it with no complaint - all understanding and cooperative. The night before i used her "sister service" spa movement and had Clara come to my hotel room to give my mom, my daughter and i mani' and pedi's. Clara was professional and really cool...she brought candles, incense, a "spa" cd of music...it was great fun! I highly recommend Cathy. She was fun, and professional.

Why: Cathy again was terrific to work with plus her and Andrea know each other so the morning was full of lots of chatter and fun!!!!! I have received so many comments on my make-up because Cathy did such a fantastic job! My make-up lasted all day and all I had to touch-up was my lipstick – which she supplied me with extra of! Leading up to the day Cathy was no nice and even though at times I was freaking out a little trying to arrange everything she was great in terms of telling me just to relax and not too worry! Cathy made me look feel like I looked like a model which is what every bride should feel on their wedding day!!!! Cathy also did my nails the day of which was great as well!

What can I say that has yet to be said about Cathy on this board? She was marvelous and kept me laughing, which was very important. Cathy also did my SIL's and MIL's makeup and they both looked stunning . As neither wear a lot of makeup they left it up to Cathy to decide how much makeup they should wear and they both looked stunning (I think I already said that!)! As for me, my make-up looked awesome, I had tons of compliments!

Thank you Frugal Bride for this find! I booked CC about a year before the wedding and before a trial because I was super busy with school at the time but wanted to be sure that I got someone who came highly recommended. Even before we met, CC was so helpful. She was so sweet when she asked for my itinerary, realized I hadn’t factored some things in and then wrote to me to help me with it. What a SWEETIE! At the trial, she was great and totally responsive to my feedback. On the morning of the wedding, she came to my sister’s house and had us all laughing. If she’s available, book her, because her price is frugal for what you get!

Hi Cathy,

I just wanted to send you a thank you. I know I probably should be doing this by mail but I don't know your address so I am going to do it the "21st century" way. You did a wonderful job on all the girls makeup everyone looked absolutely wonderful. I am going to attach a couple of pictures so that you can see what a terrific job you did! Thank you sooooo much. It really meant a lot to me that even though you were there to put makeup on us, you also took the time to calm everyone (especially little Fiona) down. I'm also glad that you shared your wedding hunger stories with me. All those web sites that say you won't be hungry the day of your wedding obviously are not talking about normal people. I was absolutely starved and I am glad to know that I wasn't the only one! Anyway Thanks again for putting up with my giggling and what not. It wouldn't have been the same without you.

Thank you so much for the makeup trial.  I'm still so in love with the look. My FI was there when I got home and he was truly taken a-back by how I looked.  He loved it (the only sneak peak he is going to get before the wedding!!!
